All data provided will follow the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03 and will therefore be processed by the Centro di Ricerca Genomica per la Salute Scarl in compliance with rights, fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of persons, confidentiality and personal identity, with particular reference to art. 10 (relating to the method of data management) and to art. 13 (relating to the possible cancellation of data) provided for in the same law. Having taken note of the above, the contractor gives consent to the processing of data. We inform you that all the requested data will be used only for the information request service proposed here and that they will not be disclosed to third-party services in any way.
